a) Advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals;

To empower communities to respond to their own needs
To collaborate with youth in developing communities to build a solid foundation of opportunities, economic growth, advanced education and better health systems in order to put smart and effective long-term sustainable systems in place to ensure a more productive and promising self-sufficient future for generations to come.
